I had the most fun doing this “Things You Do”  minibook of Andrew with the latest Sassafras papers & embellishments. I will post more pictures soon, but today I want to share yet another way to use your circle punches. Here as a base for layering and also as tabs. There are limitless ways to dress up your circles, with stickers, buttons and bling, and lined up on the side like this, they give a nice edge and a great alternative to flowers for boyish pages. I-Mei made this beautiful minibook from Maya Road’s butterfly acrylic album. It was meant to be a sample for CzipleePlus. I could hardly bring myself to part with it, so I took loads of pics and proceeded to make one for myself =p Here is I-mei’s original. I may post my ‘copy’ when it’s done. So we like scallops & we like layouts that coordinate… using a circle punch, punch out circles from your patterned paper.
Cut in half. Glue them to make a scalloped border.( See top right corner of layout) Any size you like works!
